Course Detail

Duration: 1 day / 6 hours

This course is suitable for all school staff, both Teachers and Support Staff. HSE, DFE, ISI and Ofsted compliant. This course follows the Emergency First Aid at Work syllabus with a specific focus on those issues relating to school environments.

Certification is dependent on successful continuous assessment of the student, there is no formal final examination. Those students who complete the course and are deemed to have reached the required standard are issued with a certificate that is valid for three years. Under the current guidelines it is strongly recommended that first aid trained staff attend a half-day update every twelve months.
